DELIVERY + RETURNS

We like to keep things simple so we offer FREE DELIVERY (worldwide) by FedEx on all orders throughour neon sign shop or on custom designs.

All items have a 10-14 day delivery unless stated on the product page. If you have not received your delivery after this time please contact us immediately and we will track this for you. You will always receive a dispatch email to let you know your order is on its way.

Delivery is by DHL. The price shown on the product page is the price you pay/ this includes delivery and customs. If you receive a customs invoice please email me hello@wildfireneon.co.uk and we will pay it.

All items are handmade and custom therefore after you have approved the design (including font, size, acrylic shape, pre drilled hole placement for hanging or wire placement) no changes can be made and no returns can be accepted.

If you find your sign is damaged upon delivery please email us photographs of the damage (including the outer box) within 24 hours of delivery so we can process your claim. Email us at hello@wildfireneon.co.uk

WARRANTY

All signs come with a 12 months warranty.

Wildfire Neon does not accept any responsibility if you damage your sign when hanging, installing, hard wired. We use 5mm thick acrylic which is sturdier than most other providers of a similar product. This ensures reduced scope for damage on delivery.

If you you find you have a damaged sign. Please email hello@wildfireneon.co.uk and we will ask for photographs/video within 24 hours of receiving your sign.
